A tax pack is the document we will give you to fill out which contains all the forms required for applying for a tax refund or filing a tax return. Tax forms can be very complicated we provide all the info you need in a handy pack with clear instructions on how to fill it out.

In order to apply for your tax refund on your behalf, we need information from you. We also need to get you to sign a form authorising us liaise with the relevant tax office on your behalf. We also use the tax pack as a method of getting information from you that may help maximise your refund.

Yes! Our tax packs are available in a number of languages. Simply choose the language you need and you should be able to download the pack you need.

We pride ourselves on making things as easy as possible. Here's how the process works:

1. Once you've completed your tax pack you can choose to:

   
   
   • scan and email it to us
   • take a clear digital photo and email it to us
   • fax it
   • post it
   • or drop it into one of our local offices
2. Once we receive your tax pack we'll estimate your refund and give you an online tracking account. If you're missing any documents we can get replacements for you. We'll then prepare and file your tax return.

The length of time it takes to get your tax back depends on a number of factors like which country the tax refund is from and how busy the tax office is at the time, for example, at the end of the tax year tax offices tend to be very busy. When you apply for a tax refund, your Account Manager will give you a good idea of when you can expect your tax refund but in general it will probably take between 2 and 6 weeks.
